The Village of Cremona was founded in 1906. It is nestled in the foothills of Alberta’s Rocky Mountains in a narrow band of mixed forests and grasslands known for its mild climate, beautiful scenery, and a variety of wildlife. Near the Little Red Deer and Fallen Timber Rivers, Cremona is an ideal location for recreational enthusiasts interested in camping, fishing, and hiking.

Cremona Hotel, Neilon’s Tavern and Coyote Grill offer you traditional country classics combined with a fresh modern flare, not to mention fine spirits and good times.

“Excellent restaurant out in the countryside”
“If you are travelling between Cochrane and Sundre and feel a tad peckish, this is a really good restaurant located inside the Cremona Hotel. The food is excellent and not what one would expect in a small town hotel/bar. Everything on the menu is first class.”

“It was a pleasantly unexpected surprise”
“Had lunch there today, food and service were great, place was clean, prices were good and the menu was large and had some different things. It was a pleasantly unexpected surprise. Will stop again if through that way.”

Great food, great selection, well prepared, very friendly family run business.

The food is absolutely immaculate but what it really boils down to is the atmosphere. Whether you want to have a couple of pints or maybe an expensive brandy this place really can just hit the best of both worlds. But maybe, just maybe perhaps the best feature of this quaint little gem is the special not so special, specials that they have.

Neilon’s Tavern has been newly renovated, great selection of beer and wine in the liquor store, fun and friendly atmosphere, new and creative specials every week coming out of the Coyote Grill!

Amazing food! Amazing drinks! Amazing people! They just renovated the bar and it’s gorgeous. Highly recommend stoping by!

The very best small town restaurant to be found in Alberta.
